All artworks and handmade items listed on this website, bradburymattes.com, are available for visitors and/or clients to view. All visitors and users must have consent from Bradbury Mattes to copy, save, download, screenshot, or purchase any and all artwork displayed on this website.

Any and all visitors to the Artists' site shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for TOS.

Copyright Notice: All of the Artist Bradbury Mattes’s artwork is copyrighted and is protected by law. Do not reproduce, copy, create any works based off of or derived from the Artist’s original work, tattoo, or display the Artist’s artwork without the Artist’s permission. Selling artwork derived from Bradbury Matte’s original artwork for profit without written consent from Bradbury Mattes and without giving the Artist (Bradbury Mattes, the original owner and creator) credit and compensation is prohibited.

After an artwork is purchased, the buyer (the person who has purchased the artwork directly from Bradbury Mattes with written permission from Bradbury Mattes) does not own the copyright of purchased artwork or any artwork nor does the buyer have the right to copy, print, tattoo, stencil, trace, or reproduce the Artist’s artwork in any way. The buyer does not have permission to reproduce and/or sell for profit without the written permission of Bradbury Mattes granting permission first. After one purchases any of the Artist’s artwork, the buyer does not own the copyrights for the artwork after purchase. The Artist (Bradbury Mattes, the original artist and creator) still has copyright, even after the artwork has been sold. In addition, Bradbury Mattes’s original artwork should not show up on t-shirts, socks, art prints, coffee mugs, cell phone covers, key-chains, printed cards, fabric, posters, flyers, postcards, business cards, business logos, business websites, etc. without the explicit written permission from the Artist, Bradbury Mattes. Even if the buyer has purchased artwork from Bradbury Mattes previously and has had previous written permission to use a previously purchased or acquired artwork from Bradbury Mattes in any way, Bradbury’s artwork should not be reproduced in any without with Bradbury Mattes’s permission on each piece of artwork and each use of Bradbury Mattes’s work in any way. If any Bradbury Mattes’ artwork is reproduced in any way without the Artist’s (Bradbury Mattes) permission, this is a Copyright Infringement and legal action will be taken.

The artist does allow sharing on social media outlets only with full credit. Please include the Artist’s full name (Bradbury Mattes), name of the artwork, and link to the website bradurymattes.com within the post. Sharing artwork without full credit as outlined above is prohibited and is a Copyright Infringement and legal action will be taken.

For any artwork to be used on websites or designs (both digitally and offline in any capacity), please Contact the Artist for approval or commissions. Written permission from Bradbury Mattes is mandatory for any use of artwork. Please credit the Artist (Bradbury Mattes) with a working link to the website (bradburymattes.com), specifically the link to the landing page of the original image.

Limitations of Liability

Bradbury Mattes will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
